Insurance Information

We accept most dental insurance plans (such as Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Delta, Metlife, ConnectiCare, United Health Care among others, including local union plans). We also accept Husky for children under 21. If you have any questions about whether we accept your plan, please contact us and we will be more than happy to answer your questions.

We do not accept HMO or DMO plans.

Although patients are responsible for understanding their dental insurance plan, our administrative staff will do everything they can so you understand the benefits and limitations of your plan. As a courtesy we will obtain the specific information of your dental insurance plan. Our office will also submit your claims as an added courtesy.
